During Daimler’s time as a company listed in the United States, Daimler, like its predecessor DaimlerChrysler AG, submitted its financial statement information on a regular basis to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We filed annual reports with the SEC on Form 20-F and submitted our quarterly and half year interim reports on Form 6-K. Both forms were specifically designed to be used by foreign private issuers, such as Daimler, in place of the reports on Form 10-K or Form 10-Q filed by U.S. companies. Daimler has its registered office in Stuttgart, Germany. Daimler stopped to produce and submit these reports to the SEC after the SEC filing of Form 15-F and Form 15 for deregistration on the New York Stock Exchange in June 2010.
