Compensation Supervisory Board
The compensation of the members of the Supervisory Board is specified in the Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation by resolution of the General Meeting.
Under the Articles of Incorporation of the company, members of the Supervisory Board receive a fixed fee in addition to expenses at the end of the financial year. Furthermore, the members of the Supervisory Board receive an attendance fee for each Supervisory Board meeting that they attend.
