The Daimler Diversity Management Organization
By setting up a group-wide diversity organization Daimler has set the frame for a thorough diversity management. With this foundation we aim to sustainably influence the way in which we conduct our business – inside Daimler and as part of our public engagements.
In cooperation with the Global Diversity Office the Global Diversity Council defines the Daimler diversity management strategy and respective measures to introduce and strengthen diversity management at Daimler. These decisions are implemented in collaboration with divisional diversity officers and HR. There is close cooperation with Daimler`s joint workers council and works councils at all German Daimler locations.
