The world championship for Mercedes-Benz service employees was established to spur maximum levels of performance and to promote the qualification of aftersales employees in the service operations.
Based on the job profiles in Mercedes-Benz After-Sales, the participants compete in practical and theoretical tests with each other and select the world champion in each job profile as well as the world's best workshop team.
